Delete Account

At Lactez, we respect your privacy and provide users with the ability to request deletion of their account and personal data.

How to request account deletion:

1. Send an email to connect.lactez@gmail.com with the subject “Delete Account Request”.
2. Include your registered email address and phone number.
3. Our team will process your request within 7 days.

Data that will be deleted:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Address
• Account information
• Order history

Data that may be retained:
Some transaction records may be retained for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes for up to 90 days.
